Mrs. Alane Hutchinson will be assessing client eligibility for financial and material assistance for Catholic Social Services of Clarke County at the Washington County Public Library on May 31st from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and the Choctaw County Public Library on May 24th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Please bring the following documentation with you for assessment. 

• Current state issued photo identification
• Current lease or mortgage statement
• If living in subsidized housing, you must provide the housing award letter
• All current monthly bills
• Names, birthdates, and social security cards for everyone in the household
• Proof of SSI or SSDI benefits, child support, unemployment benefits, VA benefits; Alabama welfare; SNAP eligibility letter; and information on any type of income in the household
• If working, proof of 4 consecutive pay stubs
• If seeking assistance for medications, bring original written prescriptions or medication bottle
