Major Function: Ensures Catholic Social Services’ Mission of service, empowerment and enrichment of those in need is carried out with dignity
in keeping with the professional and ethical standards through each of the ministries provided by the Montgomery Office.
Accountable: Archdiocesan Director of Social Services
Qualifications: Minimum requirement of a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Business Administration or a related field. Preferred candidate will have 3-5 years administrative and programming experience in a non-profit setting. Employee must successfully complete the Archdiocese of Mobile’s Children and Adolescent Protection Program and background check. Position requires employee to have current Alabama Driver’s License and insurance coverage of a personal vehicle, which will be driven for business purposes.
